Every week, I receive messages from publishers, movie production companies, artists, musicians, directors, authors, and other various creative types, all who have zombie-related products they would like featured here on TheGOREScore.com. So many requests have been flowing in lately that I simply can’t take care of it all myself – there’s just too much great zombie stuff to go around! So I said to myself, “Self, wouldn’t it be great to kill two birds with one stone: make sure that every item sent in for a review gets the prompt attention it deserves AND share all this great stuff with other like-minded undead enthusiasts who can in turn share their written thoughts with our readers?” Luckily, myself agreed with, um, myself, and I’m ready to expand the website’s writing staff!
As you may know from reading reviews here on the site, I have a very singular way of writing my articles and giving as “scientific” of a review to each item as I possibly can, so I’m looking for very talented writers that would be able to adhere to a similar set of guidelines in bringing their well-worded reviews to life. As TheGOREScore.com continues to branch out and cover more non-zombie and non-review-related content (interviews, news blurbs, pop-culture related items, etc.), there will be an opportunity in the future for our reviewers to expand their roles and assist with even more writing responsibilities as well. And of course, your writings will be included in the upcoming volumes of The G.O.R.E. Score book series, so you’ll be able to add “contributor to a best-selling book series” to your resume, and who doesn’t want that, really?
